Sessions and fees
I offer daytime and evening appointments from Inverness city centre, as well as secure online counselling for clients across Scotland and the wider UK, so you can access support in a way that feels comfortable for you.
In person sessions are based in Inverness city centre and I have access to a ground floor room if required. I can only offer online counselling sessions to clients within the UK.
I also offer a free 20-minute introductory call. This gives us a chance to explore what you’re looking for and see whether working together feels right — with no pressure or obligation.
Sessions are 1 hour long and are £50 per session.
Payments can be made by bank transfer on the day of our session, or by card in-person. Cancellations made any less than 24 hours before our session will be charged a £10 fee as I will still be charged room rental if cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
