Sessions and fees
Sessions are 1 hour long and are £50 per session.
How many sessions we have is entirely up to you; I will check in regularly to ensure you are still getting what you need from sessions.
Payments can be made by bank transfer on the day of our session, or by card in-person. Cancellations made any less than 24 hours before our session will be charged a £10 fee as I will still be charged room rental if cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
I am based in Inverness and work out of two different buildings, one of which has a ground floor room if required. I can see clients most weekdays, as well as having some evening appointments available.
I also hold a certificate in telephone and online counselling and can offer online sessions with clients within the UK.
If you get in touch I can offer a free 20 minute phone call where we can discuss your reasons for seeking counselling and answer any questions you might have. It will also allow you to get a feel for whether I am the right fit for you. We can then arrange our first session and I will send you my Counselling Agreement; a summary of how we will work and boundaries so you are clear what we can expect of each other in our work.
