Personal info only shared if:

• You request me to do so

• There is a safeguarding issue

• There is a legal requirement for me to do so

• Diary appointments are initialised.

• Name and contact details are deleted 3 months after we finish working together.

• I keep records of sessions for 7 years as per insurance and tax requirements and then they are deleted.

• All information is stored on a private, password protected computer and in password protected files. Any paperwork is kept in a locked cabinet accessible only by me.

• You have the right to know what information I keep about you, see the information, change anything you deem inaccurate, and to withdraw consent to me keeping information.

• All information will only be stored in accordance with this privacy statement.
