• You request me to do so

• There is a safeguarding issue

• There is a legal requirement for me to do so

Diary appointments are initialised.

Name and contact details are deleted 3 months after we finish working together.

I keep records of sessions for 7 years as per insurance and tax requirements and then they are deleted.

All information is stored on a private, password protected computer and in password protected files. Any paperwork is kept in a locked cabinet accessible only by me.

You have the right to know what information I keep about you, see the information, change anything you deem inaccurate, and to withdraw consent to me keeping information.

All information will only be stored in accordance with this privacy statement.
